Introduction
"Connecting Pieces" is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased digital products, hard goods, subscription services, or payment plans from Connecting Pieces and are dissatisfied, you may be eligible for a refund or partial refund under the conditions outlined below.
Refunds of Hard Goods:
To be eligible for a return and refund of hard goods, the following steps must be completed:
1. Refund requests must be made in writing by contacting support@connectingpieces.com.
2. The request must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
3. Hard goods must be returned to Connecting Pieces promptly, following the return instructions provided upon contacting support@connectingpieces.com.
4. Items must be unused, returned in their original packaging, and in like-new or re-sellable condition, as determined at Connecting Pieces’ sole, reasonable discretion.
Refunds for Digital Products and Subscription Services
Digital Products
To be eligible for a refund on digital products, the following conditions apply:
Refund requests must be made in writing by contacting support@connectingpieces.com.
The request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Subscription Services
Refunds are not available after the billing date unless we are notified of the intent to cancel prior to the billing date.
Subscription cancellations can be requested at any time, but the effective date will align with the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription.
Refunds for Payment Plans
No refunds are available for payment plans.
By entering into a payment plan agreement, customers acknowledge their obligation to complete all scheduled payments, regardless of product usage or satisfaction.
Non-returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable and are marked as such at the time of purchase on www.connectingpieces.com:
Personalized or customized items
Digital downloads where access has already been granted
Subscription services after the billing date (see above)
