Hey folks....this is your friendly reminder to backup your facebook and instagram data.
So much profile h4ck1ng going on these days.

In addition, if you have given access to your business manager to any 3rd parties, now's a good time to do a s3curity audit. Your FB personal profile and business manager/ads account security is only as strong as its weakest link.
If you have given access to a VA / personal assistant to manage your FB messenger (which BTW, I strongly recommend you don't - it's not only against FB terms of service but also it's not cool for your friends to get messages like 'Jason isn't here right now'....What if that person sent a really private message they only wanted you to know about?), then also do a security audit.
Ask them if they have
1) Setup a complex p@ssword for their facebook account

2) Setup 2-FA on their facebook account

and ALSO...

3) Setup a complex p@ssword for their EMAIL account they use for accessing facebook (or indeed any of your accounts you have made them admin of)

4) Setup 2FA on their email accounts....(Preferably you should get a professional google email workspace where you can enforce the password security)...

and then ask them...if they have given access to THEIR facebook accounts or email inboxes to anyone else like VAs in the Philippines) if those people have 2FA setup for both their own FB accounts and email?

WHY? because even if they/you have 2-FA on a facebook/SaaS/software access, if yours or their email mailbox don't have 2-FA, well all you need is to have your email hacked, and they can do a password reset.

Also, a reminder: Ensure your main business domain is always set to autorenew. Do not use an email address with your domain, as your login email for your domain hosting account. Because if you accidentally have your domain expire, you'll lose access because you can't get the password verification emails being sent to you.
