CONNECTING THE PIECES offers a variety of services to help improve the lives of children with autism and their families. We strive to help each child by developing individualized educational, behavioral, play, and/or social goals based on each child’s unique strengths and needs. We work collaboratively with all of the important people in the child’s life (parents, grandparents, speech, OT, teachers, etc.) so there is a collaborative effort to help your child reach his/her fullest potential.

What We Do

We offer comprehensive behavior analytic services as well as Relationship Development Intervention (RDI) consultation services. In providing ABA services for children with autism we incorporate B. F. Skinner's analysis of language as detailed in his seminal work, Verbal Behavior (1957). With regard to RDI, it is an innovative, congnitive-behavioral treatment, developed by Dr. Steven Gutstein & Dr. Rachelle Sheely, that emphasizes remediation. We believe that both ABA and RDI offer unique treatment benefits for a child when the education plan is individualized for each child through the use of thorough assessments.
